3. Apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes before going outside to give it time to fully absorb into the skin.
4. Reapply sunscreen every two hours if you are outdoors for an extended period of time, or immediately after swimming or sweating.
5. Wear protective clothing, such as hats and long-sleeved shirts, in addition to sunscreen for added protection.
6. Avoid sun exposure during peak hours, usually between 10 am and 4 pm, when the sun's rays are strongest.
