Ingredients – 200 ml fresh cream – 340 grams of dark chocolate
Method 1. Place a saucepan over medium heat, pour cream into it, and bring it to a boil.
2. Switch off the gas and add chopped pieces of dark chocolate.
3. Stir in the chocolate on low heat until it melts completely.
4. Once you get a smooth and even mixture, pour it into a chocolate mould or let it cool completely, so you can pour it over cakes.
