How To Maintain Healthy Hair?

Many of us end up using hot water for bathing in the chilly weather. But hair follicles get damaged due to hot water. It strips the scalp of its natural oils and thus makes the hair dry and frizzy. Use lukewarm water to wash your hair and see the difference yourself.

2. Shampoo Only The Scalp
