Avoid excess sun exposure, especially doing peak hours (10 am to 3 pm). Use sunglasses, umbrellas, scarves, hats – anything that will help you keep sun exposure to a minimum.
Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen of high SPF. Reapply sunscreen every 2 to 3 hours.
Include serums that contain antioxidants in your skincare routine.
Anti-tan facials can also help you keep away pigmentation and sunspots.
