3. Choose the right shampoo: Select a shampoo that is suitable for your hair type and scalp condition. If you have oily hair, choose a clarifying shampoo that will help to remove any buildup. If you have dry or damaged hair, choose a moisturizing shampoo that will help to hydrate and repair your hair.
4. Massage your scalp: Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips while washing your hair. This helps to increase blood flow and stimulate hair growth.
5. Rinse your hair thoroughly: Make sure to rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all shampoo residue. Any leftover shampoo can cause irritation or buildup.
6. Use a microfiber towel or air dry: Avoid rubbing your hair with a regular towel as it can cause friction and damage your hair cuticles. Instead, use a microfiber towel or gently squeeze out the excess water and allow your hair to air dry. If you need to use a hair dryer, use it on low heat and hold it at least six inches away from your hair.
