- Table salt
- Rock salt
- Black salt

- 6 tbsps blue curacao syrup
- 4 lemons
- 6 tbsp sugar syrup

- Halve lemons, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Divide them equally into 4 glasses.
- Put 1½ tbsps sugar syrup in each glass and crush the lemon pieces with a muddler.
- Add ice cubes. Add 1½ tbsps blue curacao in each glass. Fill them up with drinking soda, stir and serve instantly with a stirrer and straw.
