1. Shrimp Mango Salad
This Thai-inspired salad is a unique recipe that you might not have tried before. It’s filled with flavours and has that crunch that everyone loves.

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 large & peeled shrimp
- Chopped garlic, ginger and onions
- 1 tsp fish oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- Red pepper flakes
- ½ cup sliced carrots, cashews & green onions
- 1 ripe mango cubed
- ½ lime and soy sauce
- White sugar
- Red wine (optional)
How To Do It: Cook your shrimps at medium-high heat with oil, ginger and garlic until pink. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 2 mins. Add mango in the add and sprinkle some soy sauce and sugar as per your choice.

2. Broccoli Mango Salad

Ingredients:
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tsp orange juice
- 4 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 large peeled and cubed mango
- ½ cup cashews
- Small chopped red onion
- 1 small orange, drained
How To Do It: Mix ranch, orange juice and a pinch of ginger. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients and set it in the fridge for a few hours. Add the orange slices before serving.
3. Spicy Mango Salad
This chatpata salad will add so much fun to your summer routine. You can whip out this mouth-watering dish with bare minimum ingredients

Ingredients:
- 4 mangoes peeled and cubed
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes and black pepper
- 2 tsp chopped dhaniya (coriander leaves)
- 2 small onions chopped
How To Do It: In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Pour that over the cubed mangoes and let it sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
4. Pineapple And Mango Salad

- 2 cups peeled and chopped mango
- Freshly cut pineapple
- Any type of berry
- ¼ cup flaked coconut
- Fresh pudina (mint)
How To Do It: Just grab a large bowl and toss the ingredients together and give it a good mix before serving. You can add some lime juice on the top if you want.
5. Black Beans Mango Salad

- 500 grams cooked and rinsed black beans

- 1 Shakalu (jicama) cut in matchsticks
- Red Shimla mirch, chopped

How To Do It: Toss the veggies and fruits together in a bowl. In another vessel, mix the dressing and whisk it well. Add the dressing on top and serve it fresh or chilled.
7. Mexican Mango Salad

- 2 avocados, cut into cubes
- 20 desi tamatar, cut in half
- 1 mango, cubed

- For dressing: Lime, olive oil, sugar, red pepper, cumin, salt and black pepper

- 1 patta gobi (cabbage), chopped
- ½ cup vinaigrette salad dressing

- 2 mangos, peeled and sliced
- 2 grapefruit
- 2 oranges
- 2 avocados – peeled, pitted and diced
- ½ cup pista, coarsely chopped
How To Do It: Toss all the fine ingredients in a bowl and give it a mix after adding the salad dressing. Top it off with pista and serve fresh.
10. Lazy Mango Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 green mangoes – peeled and cut into matchsticks
- ¼ thinly sliced onion
- ¼ red Shimla mirch (capsicum), thinly sliced
- Chopped dhaniya (coriander)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon crushed mungfali
How To Do It: Mix the sauce, lime juice and sugar to make the dressing. In another bowl mix the other ingredients. Give it a mix after adding the dressing and serve chilled.
