1. A LEAN, MEAN DIET Guided by celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Dwivekar, the B’wood diva follows a strict non-vegetarian diet. She starts her day with slices of bread, paranthas, or muesli, along with soya milk for breakfast. For lunch, she has rotis, dal, green salads, and soup. Her snack comprises fruits and protein shake. She repeats her diet for lunch for dinner as well. Last but not the least, she makes sure that she takes about 8 glasses of boiled water throughout the day at regular intervals.
