4. Smoke point: Ghee has a higher smoke point than butter, which means it can be used at higher temperatures without burning. This makes it a better choice for high-heat cooking methods like sautéing and frying.

5. Flavor: Ghee has a nutty, caramel-like flavor, while butter has a creamy, buttery flavor. The flavor difference can affect the taste of your food, so choose based on what you prefer.

6. Dietary restrictions: Ghee is a good option for people who are lactose intolerant or have a dairy allergy, as it is lactose-free and has fewer milk solids than butter. However, if you follow a vegan or plant-based diet, neither ghee nor butter is a suitable option.
