3. Mix in the exfoliant: Once the coconut oil is melted, mix in your exfoliant until it is evenly distributed throughout the mixture. You can adjust the ratio of oil to exfoliant to achieve your desired level of scrubbing power.
4. Add any additional ingredients: If you want to add essential oils, honey, or other ingredients, now is the time to do so. Just be careful not to add too much or your scrub may become too oily.
5. Store the scrub: Transfer your scrub into a clean, airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place. If you're making a large batch, you can also freeze it in smaller portions and thaw as needed.
6. Use the scrub: When you're ready to use the scrub, apply a generous amount to damp skin and massage in circular motions, focusing on areas that need extra exfoliation. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
