3. Exfoliate: Exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin cells and keep your skin looking smooth and radiant. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub or a chemical exfoliant like alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta hydroxy acids (BHAs).
4. Moisturize: Moisturize daily to keep your skin hydrated and healthy. Choose a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer to avoid feeling greasy or sticky in the summer heat.
5. Protect Your Lips: Your lips are just as susceptible to sun damage as the rest of your skin, so don't forget to protect them with a lip balm that contains SPF.
6. Cool Down: Try to avoid spending long periods of time in the sun, especially during the hottest parts of the day. Take breaks in the shade, wear a hat or carry an umbrella, and use a cool mist spray or aloe vera gel to soothe your skin if you do get sunburned.
