Infosys Yet another global tech giant boasts of having a 40% female employment, being an employer of almost 1.25 lakh female staff.
Wipro The third tech giant in the list, it employees 89,000 female employees, which is 36% of their entire employee count.
HCL Technologies Fourth on the list of Hurun India’s report and also the fourth tech conglomerate, it employs almost 63,000 female employees, which comprises 28% of their total workforce.
Reliance Industries Next on the list is the all-powerful Reliance Industries with 62,500 female employees, which amounts to 18% of their total workforce.
Motherson Sumi Systems 52,500 employees or precisely 41% of the total workforce at Motherson Sumi Systems – one of the world’s leading manufacturers of automotive components – are women.
Tech Mahindra At renowned Tech Mahindra, almost 33,000 employees, comprising 34% of the entire workforce, are females.
ICICI Bank Almost 33,000 employees at ICICI Bank are women. This comprises 31% of their total percentage of employees.
HDFC Bank 16% or approximately 23,000 of the entire workforce at HDFC Bank are women.
Page Industries At Page Industries, there are 22,600 female employees, which comprises a whopping 74% of their total workforce. The company is the exclusive licensee of the US-based JOCKEY International Inc. in the country.
